(Nasdaq GS: STRL) (the “Company” or “Sterling”) today announced that its previously announced bought deal offering of 2,100,000 shares of its common stock, par value $0.01 per share, has closed. The offering resulted in net proceeds to the Company of approximately $14 million (after deducting underwriting discounts and estimated offering expenses).
The net proceeds from the offering will be used to repay indebtedness outstanding under the Company’s revolving credit facility and for general corporate purposes.
